Team Lead | Onshore/Offshore Wind & Cleantech The Green Recruitment Company partnered with a leading IPP to search for a Land Manager in Italy. Responsibilities Participation in the identification, analysis and selection of potential sites for the installation of generation plants from renewable energy sources. Identification of owners of the land identified for the development of generation plants and negotiation of legal transactions (leasing contracts, options, easements, acquisitions). Establish relationships with local institutions. Search for real estate brokers to support the company in the search and negotiation of land for renewable facilities and their infrastructures. Support management of projects in the development phase through dialogue with external brokers. Support the processing of necessary authorizations for the construction and operation of renewable energy facilities. Participation in M&A processes and due diligence regarding land availability. Support the preparation of documentation for litigation and pre-litigation issues. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Land Management, Scouting and Brokerage of Solar PV projects. Knowledge of agricultural land real estate law and environmental law; advantageous. Strong negotiating skills and ability to establish/maintain contacts. Experience in Italian legal standards, building law, and renewable energy law related to land ownership. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, teamwork aptitude, synthesis ability, rigor, efficiency, and project prioritisation. Fluency in English.
