L'azienda, in forte crescita e parte di un grande fondo di costruzioni, sta cercando un Land Origination Manager da affiancare all'attuale scout come freelance, per supportare la crescente domanda.Responsabilità principaliIndividuare e acquisire terreni idonei per progetti di energie rinnovabili (PV, Eolico, BESS)Stabilire relazioni solide con proprietari terrieri, comunità locali e stakeholderGestire le trattative e negoziare l'accesso ai terreniAnalizzare la fattibilità dei siti e comprendere i vincoli autorizzativiNavigare le procedure di permitting e normative localiSupportare la strategia di crescita dell'azienda sviluppando una solida pipeline di progetti in Italia centrale e meridionale.RequisitiPortando un portafoglio clienti ben sviluppato nel centro-sudConoscenza delle analisi ambientali e del mercato fondiario italianoEccellenti capacità negoziali e di relazione con le comunitàConoscenza del processo autorizzativo italianoDisponibilità a spostamenti frequenti sul territorioPadronanza della lingua italiana
