AxL SpA - Business Unit di Genova seleziona per prestigioso gruppo internazionale operante nel settore Real Estate :STAGE – TECHNICAL SERVICEL'Azienda per cui stiamo lavorando è specializzata nell'erogazione di servizi immobiliari ad alto contenuto tecnico, con un focus particolare su innovazione, sostenibilità ed efficientamento energetico.Stiamo ricercando una risorsa da inserire in stage all'interno della Business Unit Technical Service, a diretto supporto dei team operativi in ambito Wealth Asset Management, Safety, Inspection e NDT.Ambito d'inserimento :La risorsa sarà inserita nella divisione Technical Service, dove vengono svolte attività legate alla gestione tecnica dei patrimoni immobiliari, alla sicurezza, alle ispezioni e ai controlli non distruttivi, con un approccio orientato all'ottimizzazione e alla sostenibilità degli asset.Attività oggetto del tirocinio :Il / la tirocinante affiancherà il Project Manager e il team tecnico nelle seguenti attività :Supporto alle attività di Due Diligence tecnica, con focus su impianti ed efficienza energetica;Collaborazione alla gestione e calendarizzazione degli incontri con clienti e fornitori;Supporto operativo e documentale nella preparazione dei report tecnici;Eventuale partecipazione ad attività di sopralluogo e rilievo tecnico, ove previsto.Requisiti :Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente civile, edile o energetica) o Architettura;Conoscenza di base in ambito impiantistico e / o energetico;Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint);Capacità di lavorare in team, precisione e interesse per il settore Real Estate tecnico.Si offre :Percorso di formazione retribuito con possibilità di inserimento stabile in azienda al termine del tirocinio.L'offerta si rivolge a candidati ambosessi, nel rispetto del Codice delle pari opportunità D.Lgs.11 aprile ****, N. 198 e ss.Mm.Ii..I Candidati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sul trattamento dei dati personali alla pagina AxL S.P.A.
