Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroAbout InPostInPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market.In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader.InPost covers the Italian market with a network of **** PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and **** fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience.The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer's Polish home market.We're passionate about our mission and products and our People are the reason we succeed.We're looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the normJob OverviewAsHead of Procurementyou will be responsible forfinding goods and services for InPostat the best value regarding quality and price.Your underlying duty will bemeeting budget constraints to increase profitabilityand to help us keep growing.Responsibilities and DutiesDeveloping and implementing purchasing strategies.Creating and maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.Managing supplier relationships (tracks performance, availability, pricing, and quality).Auditing all ongoing purchases to identify potential savings and contribute to the EBITDA objectives.Benchmarking current suppliers with better market alternativesCollaborating with other departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests.Maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships through follow up and communication regarding material arrival issues arising in the supply chainPurchase sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company.Proactively resolves issues (i.e., material shortages, quality issues, etc.) with vendorsCreates and tracks all purchase orders and contracts.Ensure the legal compliance of all agreements with suppliers.Anticipates and plans for inventory needs and ensures timely arrivals.Seeks to reduce dependency on single-source suppliers through contracts and strategic partnerships.Cooperates with global purchasing actions throughout the InPost group.Implementation and management of digital compliance tools.Lead the implementation and integration of procurement processes within SAP S/4HANA.Train and support team members in utilizing SAP S/4HANA for procurement activities.Key SkillsGreat organizational, planning skills, excellent networking and time management skills.Strong knowledge of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis and negotiationAgile worker who can adapt to shifting business needs in a fast-growing environmentComfortable managing and reporting on multiple projects concurrentlyFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA and experience in system implementation is highly desirable.Ability to concisely communicate escalations, requirements and issues to suppliers, peers, management, and customers with clarityKeeps an entrepreneurial mindset, deep curiosity, and a passion for learning & growthDemonstrates strong self-efficacy and ability to take initiative in problem solvingStrong diplomatic, collaboration and negotiations skillsFluent level of English, French will be a plus.Experience levelAt least 10 years of experience in a similar position.QualificationsDegree (Business Administration and Management or similar preferred)Why Join UsYou'll be part of a positive, dynamic, and international teamYou'll grow fast – learning about trade marketing, B2B strategy, and customer engagementYou'll help shape the way people receive parcels across EuropeWork-life balance (Hybrid working, 1 day at the office).Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi ****** e ******, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi ****** e ******Invitiamo a prendere visione della nostra liberatoria privacy sul nostro sito alla sezione Privacy Policy - Colloqui e selezione#J-*****-Ljbffr
