The activity includes:Represent the company and own the relationship with SuppliersPerform Potential supplier assessment "PSA"Determine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and lead implementation of timely, effective, and efficient quality resolutionsManage supplier crisis (quality and/or capacity issues) with on-site support within 24 hrs when requiredAssure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirementsDevelop and execute plans to ensure supplier fulfillment of quoted capacity through use of Run at Rate workbookImprove quality performance of suppliers, running workshops at supplier site and assist suppliers in developing a robust quality systemQualificationsUniversity Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience. Preferred specializations are: mechanical, electronics, aeronautical, chemical and industrial processesTechnical and Quality Certifications are a plus2 years, thereof 1 years' experience in the field of Automotive Purchasing/Supplier Quality or Engineering.Additional InformationAt SEGULA Technologies, diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of our human resources policy.
