- EHS Manager / Facility Manager - Rinomata azienda operante nel settore del packagingAziendaMultinazionale specializzata nella produzione di soluzioni affidabili e di qualità per diversi comparti produttivi.OffertaCerchiamo un EHS Manager/Facility Manager che sia il punto di riferimento per la cultura della sicurezza e della sostenibilità all'interno del plant.Il ruolo è cruciale per garantire il rispetto delle normative e la promozione di un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e responsabile.Responsabilità principali- Salute e Sicurezza: Fornire consulenza specialistica, gestire sistemi OHSAS ***** / ISO *****, formazione continua, conformità politiche di sicurezza.- Ambiente: Monitorare normative, gestire ISO *****, smaltimento sicuro rifiuti, raccolta dati ambientali, progetti di riduzione emissioni.- Emergenze: Gestire relazioni con assicuratori, promuovere campagne di prevenzione, coordinare team emergenze.- Comunicazione e Reporting: Sviluppare programma annuale EHS, raccogliere KPI, supportare audit interni, organizzare attività di sensibilizzazione.Competenze ed esperienza- Laurea magistrale o triennale in Ingegneria.- Esperienza con sistemi OHSAS *****, ISO *****, ISO *****.- Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in stabilimenti produttivi.- Leadership, attitudine al cambiamento, problem solving.- Conoscenza Lean Manufacturing e Six Sigma.- Ottimo inglese.Completa l'offerta- Ruolo chiave e strategico nella gestione dei sistemi di Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza, con un perimetro operativo che include stabilimento, processi produttivi e progetti di miglioramento continuo.- Supporto strutturato attraverso procedure consolidate, sistemi certificati (come ISO *****, ISO *****) e un'organizzazione internazionale.- Opportunità di crescita professionale, sia verticale sia trasversale, grazie alla presenza di più stabilimenti, funzioni corporate e percorsi formativi dedicati.- Ambiente tecnologico e industriale avanzato, con esposizione a progetti innovativi legati a sostenibilità, efficienza energetica e riduzione dell'impatto ambientale.#J-*****-Ljbffr
