About the roleAs aSenior Pre-Sales Engineer (Europe-wide)atWitboost, you will be responsible for thetechnical and functional aspects of the sales cycle.You will be acore member of the sales organizationand a key contributor to winning complex enterprise deals. Your mission is to help prospects clearly understandhow Witboost fits into their data ecosystem, how it supports their operating model, and why it enables scalable, governed data product delivery.This is asenior, autonomous role, working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Engineering across Europe.How you'll make an impact at WitboostAs a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will:Prepare and deliverhigh-quality product presentations and demos, both onsite and remoteHelp prospects understandhow Witboost integrates with their existing ecosystem(data platforms, CI/CD, governance tools, catalogs, ticketing systems)Support Sales inqualifying opportunitiesand shaping technically sound deal strategiesDefine when aPOC or MVPis the right next step and scope it clearlyContribute toRFP/RFI responsesand technical due diligenceAct as a bridge between customers and product, sharing feedback and field insightsBuild reusabledemo assets, solution patterns and reference architecturesA day in the lifeYou'll report to theHead of GTMand typically:Join discovery calls with Sales to understand customer context and constraintsDesign a solution narrative that explainshow Witboost fits, not justwhat it doesRun demos tailored to the customer's architecture and maturityScope a POC or MVP that proves value without overengineeringAnswer technical questions from architects, platform teams or governance leadsAlign with Product and Engineering on roadmap, limitations and positioningProactively engage with prospects to clarify complex topics, unblock decision-making, and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.What you bringYou have:8–12+ years in technology roles, with a strong background inenterprise data architecture or data engineering5+ years in a Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering rolefor complex enterprise softwareSolid understanding ofdata management and governance challengesin large organizationsA proven track record of runningsuccessful demos and POCsin long sales cyclesExperience explaining complex platforms to bothtechnical and executive audiencesYou areA strong communicator and confident presenterComfortable explainingarchitecture, processes and trade-offsPragmatic and sales-oriented: you know when "good enough" is better than perfectAutonomous, structured, and accountableWilling to travel across EuropeFluent inEnglish(French or German are a plus)Why WitboostWe offer:Asenior role with real impact on sales outcomesExposure tocomplex, enterprise-grade data challengesat scaleA product that isnot a commodityand requires real architectural and strategic thinkingAflexible, international working environmentwith close collaboration across teamsAsmall, focused and dynamic organization, where individual contribution truly mattersStrong growth prospectsas the company and the team expand, with opportunities to grow in scope and responsibility over timeCompensationBase salary:€90,000 – €110,000Bonus:*****% ( sales support effectiveness and deal outcomes )Total OTE:~€100,000 – €130,000(depending on experience)Travel expenses covered
