Per azienda cliente leader italiano nei Servizi IT&Infrastracture per Consumer, Enterprise & Business ricerchiamo un/una Team Leader Customer Service – Lingua Francese La risorsa sarà inserita con il ruolo di Team Leader all'interno del dipartimento di Service Desk sul servizio Fatturazione Elettronica Francia.Principali attività: Coordinare e gestire le risorse del proprio Team (code di lavoro e KPI); Gestireil fornitore in qualità di Supplier Quality Specialist, con disponibilità a effettuare incontri in loco; Raccogliere e verificare le esigenze del proprio Team e dare supporto per soddisfarle; Elaborare template di risposta standard da fornire ai clienti per nuove casistiche di utilizzo del servizio; Gestiredirettamente i clienti che presentano problematiche di difficile soluzione; Reportistica.Requisiti: Studi e/o competenze amministrative e fiscali; Ottima conoscenza della lingua francese; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare Excel; Ottima conoscenza ed utilizzo dei principali browser internet; Conoscenza di base del Servizio Fatturazione Elettronica e della relativa normativa Capacità relazionali, organizzative e di gestione di un team; Orientamentoal Problem solving.Offriamo inserimento diretto in azienda cliente con inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati ad esperienza.Inserimento in una delle sedi del Gruppo (Milano, Bergamo, Arezzo, Firenze, Roma, Torino) con modalità di lavoro fortemente orientate al remoto e disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte.
