Independently provide external technical training;4. Handle after-sales problems and customer complaints (batch and safety-related customer complaints, including handling, feedback, follow-up improvement and regular report summary);5. Maintain good communication with sales, R & D and other internal departments and customers;6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.Job Requirements:1.Bachelor degree or above, electrical, electronic, energy related major;2.large storage business related technical support experience, relevant overseas experience is preferred;3.English can be used as a working language, oral communication can be barrier-free;4.good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and coordination;5. Accept business trips.
