We are looking for an intern for ourStudy Abroadteam, that will be involved in all the activities and processes related to outgoing students participating in Bocconi international programs, interacting with all the stakeholders involved, such as students, partner universities and colleagues from different Bocconi Units.The Study Abroad team is in charge of managing all the activities related to development and promotion of study abroad opportunities, international programs and recognition of the international academic experiences.In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:Communication activities with students and promotion of international opportunities among them;International programs' student selection process (application, rankings, etc.);Management of the academic procedures for the recognition of international experiences, interacting with relevant colleagues from other Units;Supporting the management of the relationships with Bocconi partner universitiesDatabase management, data analysis, reporting, support to the daily activities and projects.Requirements:Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic pathFluentin English and ItalianWork/study/lifeexperience abroador in international/multicultural contexts (at least 4-6 months)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Curious to know how a higher education institution operates in the international education marketSoftskills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail.We Offer6-month paid internship (1,000€ gross/month), starting from November/December ****;Hands-on experience in a leading international academic institution;On-the-job training and professional development (e.g. training programs, Coursera, English courses, career orientation initiatives);A collaborative, purpose-driven, and inclusive working environment;Access to campus services and networking events;Smart working and flexible hours.Bocconi is an equal opportunities employer.
