Stellantis is a leading global mobility player guided by a clear mission: to provide freedom of movement for all through distinctive, appealing, affordable and sustainable mobility solutions.Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate.We are looking for an engineer eager to grow in the Quality & Powertrain world.As a Project Quality Engineer, you will work alongside experienced teams to support quality management across complex projects, from early concept to product launch.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:-Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Quality Plan throughout the entire project lifecycle.-Support quality convergence from the preliminary phases up to SOP + 6 months.-Collaborate in defining the project's quality objectives (targets, forecast, customer insights...).-Participate in drafting the Design Assessment and the quality sections of program milestone documents.-Apply and promote lessons learned from previous projects, proposing improvements when relevant.-Support quality assessments during industrialization, in close collaboration with Industrial Quality and Customer Experience teams.-Assist in the preparation of milestone reviews, track action plans and monitor deliverable maturity.-Work closely with internal teams, plants, suppliers and JV partners to ensure alignment on quality requirements.-Contribute to issue & risk management, root cause analysis and standardized action plans.-Support APQP/PAPP activities and quality management for secondary launches.-Contribute to product and process quality assessments for serial life modifications.-Support the Monthly Quality Reporting.Requirements-Master's degree in Engineering.-Very good knowledge of English (Bright 3).-Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Quality or Project Management in the automotive field(significant internships will also be considered).-Basic knowledge of Quality Tools, problem-solving methods, technical drawing and manufacturing processes.-Good communication skills, teamwork, conflict management and analytical mindset.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and disability.Diverse teams, will allow us to better meet the evolving needs of our customers and care for our future.By submitting your application, you are accepting our privacy notice:
