OverviewThe EURAM Livestock Milking and Automation Commercial Leader is primarily responsible for executing the Milking and Automation portion of the dairy strategy.This role partners with global marketing, local sales leads and technical teams to coordinate the successful execution and deployment of products, services and brands in the dairy space.The core activity is to accelerate technology solutions' adoption while executing launch excellence in line with the innovation roadmap.The role includes presenting carefully outlined business cases to executive leadership.Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about innovations in animal health & welfare and sustainable food production, and about connecting animals, people and society for a smarter future.The role also offers opportunities to bring leading-edge technology to the livestock industry and to transform the combined Technology and Biopharma business.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of EURAM commercial plans for products including price, customer experience, sales collateral, and forecasting for dairy monitoring solutions.Partner with the SenseHub Behaviour Monitoring Lead to strategically position Milking and Automation solutions to support customer expansion and retention.Collaborate with the Global Technology Roadmap Lead to execute the dairy strategy while aligning EURAM innovation needs with the global pipeline and roadmap.Apply customer-centric thinking to identify value drivers, unmet demands, and input to strategic direction of the Milking and Automation portfolio and business models.Develop and maintain relationships with BU Directors and GMs, ensuring regular collaboration and fluid communication.Maintain regular engagement and clear communication with internal stakeholders (R&D Tech Labs and Data Labs, Marketing, Commercial, Commercial Operations, Customer Support) including MAH Local, Regional and Global teams.Identify external partners in the milk industry, automation, and data spaces.Pilot projects with Global, Regional and Local teams to enable scalability and geographic expansion of Proofs of Concepts and Innovations.Leadership and Professional CompetenciesEthics & Integrity; Drive Results; Customer Centricity; Make Rapid Disciplined Decisions; Act with Courage & Candor; Build Talent; Influencing without hierarchical authority.Business & Financial Acumen; Strategic and Innovative Thinking; Project Management; Productive Communication; Problem Solving.Functional and Technical CompetenciesCustomer, Market and Industry Insights; Strategic Business Management; Account Management; Market Access; Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge; Technology in Farming Environment.Expertise in Livestock Monitoring, Milking and Automation.Minimum QualificationsBackground & Education: Minimum a Bachelor or equivalent degree in marketing, commercial, technology, agriculture or related fields.Required Skills / Abilities: At least 10 years of experience in sales roles in technology or agriculture; deep understanding of the dairy industry and milking operations; proven project management experience; excellent organizational and leadership skills.Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset: self-starter, delivery-focused, forward-thinking, agile and strategic; able to work effectively in a change environment; quickly develop positive relationships with internal and external partners; excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to travel overnight; some weekend activity; travel estimated *****% including potential for international travel.Location: EURAM, Rome, Italy.J-*****-LjbffrEuram Livestock Milking And Automation Commercial Leader • Rome, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
