Categoria:Retail Luogo di lavoro:Lombardia Siamo alla ricerca di un Leasing Manager esperto per la gestione di Centri Commerciali situati in diverse località del Nord Italia.La figura sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e della gestione del portafoglio affitti, garantendo l'occupazione ottimale degli spazi commerciali e contribuendo alla crescita strategica dei Centri.Responsabilità principaliGestione e sviluppo del portafoglio tenant all'interno di più Centri Commerciali.Identificazione e attrazione di nuovi brand per massimizzare l'occupazione degli spazi.Negoziazione e finalizzazione dei contratti di locazione (nuovi ingressi e rinnovi), monitorando la performance complessiva.Collaborazione con i team marketing e sviluppo per analizzare trend di mercato e ottimizzare l'offerta commerciale.Gestione delle relazioni con i tenant esistenti, garantendo soddisfazione e risoluzione di problematiche operative.Coordinamento con il dipartimento finanziario per monitorare i flussi di reddito e i pagamenti degli affitti.Presenza costante nei Centri Commerciali attraverso trasferte regolari.RequisitiEsperienza di almeno 10 anni nel leasing immobiliare commerciale, preferibilmente in contesti di Centri Commerciali.Solide capacità di negoziazione e gestione contrattuale.Conoscenza approfondita del mercato retail e delle dinamiche di occupazione spazi.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente nel Nord Italia.#J-*****-Ljbffr
