Job descriptionDISCOVER PIRELLI We are a global leader in the tire industry, specialized in designing, developing, manufacturing, and marketing high-performance tires for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.With a presence in over 160 countries and around 18 production facilities, we pride ourselves on our cutting-edge technology and commitment to sustainability.Innovation is at the heart of everything we do, and it is fueled by our commitment to the inclusion of unique perspectives and different experiences.Because power is nothing without our peopleWhy Join UsWe are offering a rewarding role with scope for career progression along with:International, engaging, and supportive working environment.Global onboarding process.Bespoke training and development programs accessible to all.Competitive welfare and benefits package.Drive Your FutureThe resource join the Finance Departments in Pirelli's HQ based in Milan.The HQ Finance Department is responsible for a vast portfolio of tasks, including the Group financing on bank and capital markets, the centralized financial risk management, trade finance activities and the Finance area reporting.The team is also the focal points for our affiliates' financial needs, supporting Group companies in evaluating financing options, working capital solutions and optimizing their capital structures.Your Core ActivitiesStructure and timely execute funding transactions on both Bank and Debt Capital Markets.Be an integral link of the funding negotiations to internal stakeholders such as legal, tax, financial statement departments and of external counterparts such as Investors and Rating Agencies.Grant the proper funding support to the Group's subsidiaries.Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic decisions with data-driven analysis.Hedge the Financial Risks in accordance with the Group's policies.Support the accounting department in preparing the quarterly consolidated financial reports on debt and derivatives matters.Manage and support the professional growth on a small team.What We Are Looking For5-7 years of experience in a large listed corporation or financial institution.Strong academic background in Finance, Business or Economics.Fluency in Italian and English.Proven track record in capital raising and financial markets, including through ESG features.Strong knowledge of financial derivatives.What Puts You In Pole PositionAbility to communicate effectively with a result-oriented mindset and delivering presentations in a senior executive setting.Strong communication skills in international and complex environments.Flexibility to work under pressure in a very unpredictable and demanding environment.Resilience to see solutions where others see problems in a fast paced and pressurized environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
