Group HR Director | Emilia Romagna | Pacchetto InteressanteIl nostro Cliente per questo progetto è una multinazionale italiana abituata a pensare in grande, leader indiscussa del suo settore, con un numero rilevante di siti produttivi nel paese.Siamo alla ricerca del/dellaGroup HR Directorche deve guidare la strategia del capitale umano, con una forte predisposizione ai numeri (), agendo da consulente esecutivo per allineare le persone agli obiettivi aziendali, sviluppando talenti, performance e cultura, e supervisionando recruiting, compensation, relazioni industriali, con responsabilità che includono coaching manageriale e pianificazione della successione.Importante il focus sui "numeri" strategici (i.e. budget, conto economico) e la digitalizzazione della funzione.Responsabilità Principali:Consulenza Strategica : Partner di fiducia del CEO e del C-suite, definendo la strategia HR in linea con il business.Talent Management : Sviluppa strategie per attrarre, sviluppare e trattenere i migliori talenti (recruiting, onboarding, piani carriera).Sviluppo Organizzativo : Migliora sistemi e processi HR, gestisce il cambiamento, promuove inclusione e pari opportunità.Performance & Cultura : Supervisiona le valutazioni delle performance, aumenta il coinvolgimento dei dipendenti e costruisce una cultura aziendale forte.Compensation & Benefit : Gestisce programmi di compensazione, benefit e piani di successione per i ruoli chiave.Relazioni Industriali & Compliance : Assicura la conformità normativa e gestisce le relazioni con le rappresentanze dei lavoratori.Digitalizzazione della funzione HRIl nostro CHRO si concentra su metriche come:Cost of Hiring:Efficienza del recruiting.Employee Turnover Rate : Percentuale di dipendenti che lasciano l'azienda.Employee Engagement Score:Soddisfazione e motivazione della forza lavoro.Time to Fill:Velocità nel trovare candidati.Performance Metrics:Allineamento performance individuali con obiettivi aziendali.Cosa Cerchiamo:Esperienza pluriennale e strategica nel settore HR in ruolo da Numero Uno della funzione.Consolidata e dimostrabile dimestichezza con i numeri (budget, capacità di lettura e di analisi di un Conto Economico) e con la gestione delle Relazioni Industriali.Forti capacità comunicative, di leadership e gestione del cambiamento.Solida esperienza nello sviluppo organizzativo.#J-*****-Ljbffr
