OverviewAt ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Production Engineering ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesYou will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization's injection molding processes, in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety.Each day, you will cooperate with suppliers for the realization, modification and maintenance of molding equipment for plastic components, with R&D for the improvement of design of parts to make them producible and with quality department for the sustainability of production processes.You will also define molding processes to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.Work model: .In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Cooperates with R&D department during project execution phase in order to ensure and optimize the manufacturability of new plastic parts, supporting the cross-functional team, joining the weekly update meeting and providing all the deliverables in charge of engineering department.Provides the equipment technical specification to order to external supplier molding equipments;
