Manpower Professional, divisione del Gruppo Manpower specializzata in Ricerca&Selezione di profili di Experienced e Middle Manager, ricerca per cliente leader nel settore della Pesatura / Sistemi di Pesatura una figura di :Senior Technical Sales SupportLa risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'Ufficio Back Office e si occuperà di fornire supporto tecnico e commerciale alla Direzione Commerciale del Gruppo principalmente a livello estero, ma anche sul territorio nazionale.Responsabilità principaliSupporto tecnico pre e post-vendita alla Direzione commercialeElaborazione e formulazione di offerte tecnico-commerciali e specifiche di prodotto in collaborazione con il Team commercialeInterfaccia con clienti (principalmente esteri)Collaborazione ed interazione con le aree tecniche del Gruppo (Area Software, Progettazione, Produzione, Ufficio Logistico e Spedizioni)Supporto nella redazione della manualistica tecnicaSupporto tecnico-commerciale di primo livello per clienti esteri e italianiRequisitiSiamo alla ricerca di una risorsa in possesso di Diploma Tecnico che abbia maturato pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Supporto Tecnico di 1° Livello o affini.Sarà considerata mandatoria la conoscenza e la comprensione di distinte base / di prodotto e, più in generale, la conoscenza di aspetti tecnici di macchine automatiche; la capacità di lettura e comprensione di schemi elettrici e disegni tecnici.Fondamentale la conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e di una seconda lingua (spagnolo, francese o tedesco).Completano il profilo l'attitudine ad interfacciarsi con clienti e con stakeholder interni, un forte orientamento alla comprensione dei principi tecnici dei prodotti e un'ottima propensione all'apprendimento.Offriamo l'opportunità di entrare a far parte di un Gruppo Industriale leader di mercato nel settore della Pesatura nel quale sono garantite prospettive di crescita nel ruolo ricercato.Assunzione diretta in azienda a tempo indeterminato.Sede di lavoro : Campogalliano (MO)#J-*****-Ljbffr
