Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroAbout UsEstablished in **** as a Pirelli spin-off, Prometeon Tyre Group is the only tyre manufacturer that focuses entirely on the Industrial, namely transport of goods and people, Agro and Off the Road (OTR) sectors.With a more than 8,000 employees across 30 nationalities, 4 manufacturing sites, 4 R&D centers and a commercial presence spanning 160 countries in 5 continents, the Company is the trusted partner for everyone who demands high-quality industrial tyres with a special focus on performance and sustainability.We are looking for a Truck Product Development Specialist dedicated to developing cutting-edge products for the NAFTA market, one of the most demanding and high-performance-oriented commercial tire segments.Role OverviewAs a Truck Product Development Specialist, you will be part of an international R&D environment, contributing to the definition, design, validation, and continuous improvement of products specifically tailored for NAFTA applications.You will transform market needs into robust product solutions aligned with Prometeons technological and strategic roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis & BenchmarkingConduct in-depth analysis of NAFTA market applications, technical requirements, performance expectations, and competitor products.Product & Mold DesignDesign tread patterns, tread profiles, and sidewall geometries using CAD tools (AutoCAD, CREO preferred).Support mold design activities in coordination with manufacturing teams.Technical Specification DevelopmentDefine tire specifications and performance targets.Follow industrialization phases in Prometeons manufacturing plants.Plan, monitor, and analyze internal and external testing sessions.Simulation & OptimizationUse Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools to model, optimize, and validate structural and performance characteristics.Market ValidationMonitor product KPIs in real NAFTA field conditions and contribute to continuous improvement plans.Collaboration & MobilityWork closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, industrialization, quality, and marketing.Availability for travel to North America (typically 1–2 weeks per mission).Required Skills & QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with CREO is a plus.Experience with FEA tools applied to tire design.Preferably familiar with tire manufacturing processes.Strong command of the English language.Excellent capability to analyze complex technical data.Effective problem-solving skills and proactivity.Ability to anticipate market trends and needs.WE MOVE GOODS, WE MOVE PEOPLE, WE MOVE EMOTIONSJoin US#J-*****-Ljbffr
