Arduino is now a Qualcomm companyArduino's mission is to enable people to enhance their lives through accessible open-source electronics and digital technologies.Since ****, millions of people, from kids and students to engineers and professionals around the world, are using Arduino to innovate in the fields of music, games and toys, smart homes, farming, autonomous vehicles and many more.We are now looking for a Quality and Certification Engineer who will ensure regulatory compliance of products for global markets by managing certification processes and coordinating with external test laboratories.Additionally, this role supports the Quality Manager in implementing ISO **** processes, mapping internal workflows, drafting procedures and operational instructions and promoting a culture of Quality throughout the organization.A young and inspiring work environment that encourages diversity and cultural exchange.Individual growth objectives with a dedicated budget for learning/training.Flexible working hours and working locations, we value work-life balanceSeasonal celebrations, happy hours, and everyday drinks and snacks at the office.Collaborate with the Product Team and R&D to integrate compliance requirements early in development and ensure timely supervision and validation of technical documentation for regulatory submissions and testing Interact proactively with certification bodies and laboratories while monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on product design, documentation and compliance strategy Support the Quality Manager in mapping internal processes and drafting procedures and work instructions in line with ISO ****Support R&D and Manufacturing in failure analysis and quality investigations using structured Quality methodologies (e.G. Promote Quality culture by building awareness and accountability across the organization BS/MS in Electronics, Telecommunications or related engineering field ~2+ years of experience collaborating with certification laboratories on regulatory compliance and product certification for low-voltage consumer or professional electronic devices ~ Familiarity with ISO **** and Quality system documentation ~ Fluent in English, written and spoken ~ Demonstrates emotional intelligence, adaptability and the ability to work effectively under pressure Chinese language skills are a plus
