Scope of the Job Soho House & Co is seeking an experienced Events Producer for a yearly series of events across Europe, Dubai and Africa—including dinners, concerts, workshops and music events—for the Cities Without Houses membership team. The role involves client and partner liaison, event production, logistics, budgeting, sourcing venues and suppliers, and ensuring brand quality. Flexibility and travel (including scouting and supplier meetings) are required. Key Responsibilities Event Execution – Manage all project areas, conduct venue visits, supplier meetings, performer & talent rider requests. Project Management – Create tracking systems, meet deadlines and budgets, collaborate with the Lead Events Producer. Event Ideation – Provide creative input for event concepts. Event Programming – Work with membership managers on city event programming. Finance – Manage event budgets, liaise with finance, ensure timely invoice processing. Administrative – Handle supplier & partnership contracts, run-of-shows, contract deliveries. Reporting – Track event performance and attendance to inform future planning. Communications – Draft event copy, upload onto GEM platform. Soho House Standard – Ensure events embody the Soho House style and member experience. Skills and Qualifications 2-3 years of industry experience. Native or fluent Italian language skills. Experience in cultural event programming or production. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong social skills for client, supplier and partner relationships. Collaborative communication style. Knowledge of site and event health & safety, ability to write incident reports. Budget management and invoice processing experience. Energetic, flexible, proactive team player with positive impact on finance and admin initiatives. Proficiency in Outlook, Trello, Excel, EventPro / GEM, Salesforce (bonus).
