Per la sua agenzia a partire dal 12 gennaio ****, Outpump è alla ricerca di un event producer da inserire nel proprio team.Mansioni:– Realizzare e definire gli eventi– Supportare il team nel lavoro quotidiano di organizzazione e produzione degli eventi– Gestione del budget, dei fornitori e delle tempistiche– Collaborare con il team creativo per la definizione e finalizzazione degli asset grafici– Coordinarsi con il team e ottimizzazione dei flussi di lavoro in collaborazione con vari teamRequisiti:– Esperienza minima di 3-5 anni nella produzione e gestione di eventi branded, fashion, culturali– Ottima capacità di gestione di budget, controllo costi e allocazione risorse– Competenze solide nella logistica e pianificazione operativa, dalla pre-produzione al post-evento– Rapida attitudine al problem solving: saper gestire imprevisti e cambi dell'ultimo minuto con calma e decisione– Eccellenti doti di comunicazione e relazione, sia interna (team, collaboratori) che esterna (fornitori, venue, partner, sponsor)– Conoscenza tecnica di base nei sistemi audio, luci, video, scenografia; capacità di interfacciarsi con i tecnici e tradurre esigenze creative in soluzioni pratiche– Ottima organizzazione, precisione nei dettagli e capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente– Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e gestione eventi (autorizzazioni, permessi, sicurezza pubblica)– Conoscenza dei principali strumenti digitali di project managementInquadramento:Cerchiamo collaborazione con event producer freelance a contratto basato a Milano
