People & Culture Coordinator presso NCAB Group ItalySiamo alla ricerca di un Supplier Engineer EuropeSe hai esperienza nel settore PCB, una forte attenzione alla qualità e ti piace collaborare con fornitori internazionali, potresti essere la persona giusta per il nostro team europeo in NCABSede: Mornago (VA), Bassano del Grappa (VI) oppure Monaco di BavieraTipo di contratto: Full timeCon oltre 600 colleghi in 19 paesi tra Europa, Asia e Nord America, ogni giorno offriamo soluzioni affidabili, sostenibili e su misura per clienti esigenti in settori come Aerospace, Automotive, Medicale, Ferroviario e molti altri.Fondata nel **** e quotata al NASDAQ di Stoccolma, NCAB continua a crescere grazie a una cultura aziendale basata su Qualità, Relazioni solide e Piena responsabilità.Il tuo ruolo:Migliorare continuamente la qualità e le performance di consegna dei nostri fornitori europei.Effettuare visite regolari presso le fabbriche partner per garantire una collaborazione efficace.Organizzare e condurre meeting mensili di revisione delle performance con i fornitori.Eseguire audit in loco per valutare la conformità e le prestazioni dei fornitori.Gestire reclami, RMAs e report 8 D, promuovendo iniziative di miglioramento.Analizzare report di qualità e reclami, sviluppando piani di miglioramento.Supportare il processo di introduzione di nuovi prodotti (NPI) nella regione.Chi stiamo cercando:Esperienza di gestione della performance produttiva dei fornitoriAlmeno 7 anni di esperienza nel settore PCB e 3 anni in ambito qualità.Background nei settori Aerospace e/o Automotive è un plus.Ottime capacità comunicative per interagire con fornitori e stakeholder interni.Pensiero analitico, capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione.Approccio proattivo, orientato al valore e alla collaborazione.Disponibilità a viaggiare in Europa e ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
