What you will do on your journey with WebBeds.The Contract Manager role is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of destination contracting, leveraging market insights, negotiation skills, and strategic planning to meet and exceed company objectives.You will work in a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive WebBeds' continued expansion.In this role you will:Play a critical role in securing competitive hotel contracts for the regions under your remit.Your efforts will contribute to achieving the company's KPIs, including securing the ideal mix of hotels, competitive pricing, availability, and margins.You will have full ownership and are responsible for all revenue streams coming into the destination that you manage.Key Responsibilities.Negotiate and secure competitive contracts with hotels in your assigned region, ensuring optimal pricing, availability, and margins.Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners, ensuring alignment with WebBeds' strategic goals.Regularly review the performance of contracted hotels, addressing issues related to pricing, availability, or quality.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and ensure competitiveness in assigned regions.Collaborate with the regional leadership to develop and implement effective contracting strategies.Monitor and analyze destination performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.The skills we would love to see in your suitcase.Proven experience in hotel account management or a similar role in the travel industry.Strong knowledge of the assigned region and its hospitality market dynamics.Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets in a competitive environment.Experience in building and managing relationships with hotel partners.Familiarity with online distribution platforms, APIs, or cloud-based systems is a plus.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Fluency in English & Italian; additional language skills relevant to the assigned regions are highly desirable.Ability to secure favourable terms while maintaining strong relationships with partners.Deep understanding of the travel and accommodation market in assigned regions.Capable of evaluating market trends and performance data to make informed decisions.Strong interpersonal and written skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and resourceful in overcoming challenges and identifying innovative solutions.Contracting experience gained with the hotel industry.Able to develop and maintain strong and trusting relationship with hoteliers.Minimum 2 years contracting experience in hotel industry (OTAs, Bedbanks, Tour Operators).Understanding of current contracting landscape (dynamic and static models).Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Working at WebBedsWebBeds is a global digital travel marketplace that connects hotels and other travel service suppliers to a worldwide distribution network of travel buyers.Our operation.We operate across four geographic regions – Europe, Asia Pacific, MEA (Middle East and Africa) and the Americas – with over 2,000 travel professionals working in 120 cities across 50 countries worldwide.#J-*****-Ljbffr
