Legnano Teknoelectric Company Spa, azienda leader nel mercato internazionale della lavorazione di lamierino magnetico, per l'integrazione dell'Ufficio Amministrativo, ricerca un/a Addetto/a Amministrativa/o che, inserito/a in un contesto dinamico e in forte crescita, prenda parte alle seguenti attività: Gestione operativa dell'intero processo di fatturazione passiva, dal controllo documentale alla registrazione contabile; Verifica, registrazione e riconciliazione delle fatture fornitori, assicurando correttezza, tempestività e conformità normativa; Verifica delle fatture, la loro contabilizzazione e la gestione delle eventuali anomalie; Registrazioneincassi clienti; Predisposizione, controllo ed invio dei moduli Intrastat; Requisiti: Laurea in ambito economico o diploma di ragioneria; Esperienza nel settore amministrativo-contabile, preferibilmente in contesti industriali; Ottimo uso PC, in particolare di Excel; Capacità di lavoro sia in maniera autonoma che in team; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Conoscenza del software Business Central verrà considerata un plus; Ilpresente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle Leggi ******, ****** e del D.Lgs.n.********, e a persone di tutte le età e nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi ******, ******.
