Position OverviewThe Proposal Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial proposals, managing the full proposal lifecycle from customer requirement analysis to final reviews and contract negotiation support. The role requires close collaboration with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Pricing, Risk, and Legal teams, ensuring that all proposals are technically sound, cost-effective, and fully compliant with customer and institutional requirements.
