Client Onboarding SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team.As an essential member of our client success group, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Guide new customers through the service activation process to ensure they complete all necessary steps.Support initial platform configuration based on each customer's specific needs and remove any technical or operational blockers that slow down the onboarding process.You will be responsible for activating and setting up new customers, providing personalized training sessions to help them discover platform features, identifying relevant use cases for each customer and proposing practical solutions, creating tailored onboarding paths based on industry goals digital maturity level follow-up maintaining regular structured contact with customers throughout the onboarded period monitoring usage levels proactively intervening if engagement drops recommending strategies best practices maximizing value from the platform ensuring integration into daily operations.You'll also work closely with Sales Customer Success Support teams sharing feedback insights continuously improving processes contributing creation training materials self-service resources.The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Skills And Qualifications:/u>=/i/liar/support/_customer-centric mindset strong communication interpersonal skills ability build trusted relationships proactive attitude manage multiple customers simultaneously maintain high quality
