Chief Executive Officer Company Overview We are supporting a high-potential industrial company operating in advanced electronic, electromechanical, and mechatronic solutions.The business is entering a critical phase of expansion, driven by portfolio growth, new market opportunities, and a significant upgrade of its engineering and manufacturing capabilities.We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer with a strong orientation to growth, transformation, and technological value creation.The CEO will lead the organization toward a scalable, disciplined, and performance-driven business model, with full responsibility for strategy, operations, and leadership development.Role Mission The CEO will transform a technically excellent company into a fully scalable industrial organization, capable of fast yet sustainable growth.The role will strengthen market positioning, open new development paths, and support potential strategic acquisitions to accelerate expansion.Key Objectives Growth & Scalability : Build an industrial and organizational model capable of supporting significant, long-term growth.Structure & Governance : Introduce processes, governance systems, and KPIs suited for a company scaling its operations.Markets & Innovation : Accelerate entry into new industrial segments and expand presence in existing ones.M&A & Partnerships : Evaluate, lead, and integrate strategic acquisitions or partnerships to enhance technology, product offering, and market reach.Culture & Leadership : Promote a culture focused on accountability, speed of execution, and value creation.Main Responsibilities Define and implement a scale-up strategy integrating organic growth, innovation, industrialization, and potential M&A initiatives.Conduct market analysis and technology scouting to identify acquisition opportunities that expand capabilities, products, or market access.Lead post-acquisition integration, ensuring cultural, operational, and financial alignment.Build processes, metrics, and management systems suited for a fast-growing company.Set clear reporting structures and accountability for each function.Ensure industrial excellence and production capacity in line with growth expectations.Operations & Manufacturing : scaling production, optimizing processes, ensuring capacity and efficiency.Engineering & R&D : managing technology roadmap, new product development, and time-to-market.Quality & Compliance : ensuring certifications, product / process quality, and continuous improvement.Supply Chain & Procurement : driving efficiency, reliability, and strategic supplier partnerships.Commercial & Business Development : expanding sales pipeline, developing key accounts, and growing international markets.Finance & Controlling : budgeting, investment decisions, performance analysis, and M&A support.HR & Organization : talent development, leadership culture, and organizational scaling.Strengthen and guide the leadership team, building a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative management structure.Promote a culture based on integrity, innovation, responsibility, and measurable performance.Implement strong performance management and talent-development systems.Candidate Profile Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields).Proven experience leading technological, industrial, or manufacturing companies during growth, transformation, or scale-up phases.Strong background in electronics, electromechanics, automation, mechatronics, or advanced technical sectors.Demonstrated experience in complex initiatives, including M&A assessments and post-merger integration.Strong leadership, execution ability, and a track record of building scalable organizations.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Fluent English (C1 or above); additional languages are a plus.The Opportunity This is a unique chance to lead a high-potential technology company through an exciting phase of expansion—driving innovation, scaling operations, entering new markets, and managing potential acquisitions.A role designed for a visionary yet pragmatic leader with a strong passion for growth and long-term value creation.Compensation Package Executive-level contract Base salary : €150,000 – €180,000 Annual performance bonus Comprehensive executive benefits.#J-*****-Ljbffr
