Hays Italy, part of the multinational Hays group, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, which offers consulting services in the Information Technology sector with the aim of contributing to the success and technological progress of individuals and companies, is looking for aCustomer Service & Data Entry ( contract offer : 1 year fixed-term)to join a team who will collaborate with a leading financial institution . The project focuses on providing educational financing solutions to university students & higher education centers , both in Italy & internationally . The role involves managing administrative processes , handling user communications , stakeholders ' relationships & ensuring accurate documentation flow to guarantee a high-quality service experienceKey ResponsibilitiesAccurately manage & process data within internal systems, ensuring compliance with established proceduresOrganize & monitor email communications with users, maintaining clarity & professionalismManage relationships with stakeholdersHandle phone interactions for specific cases requiring direct supportVerify uploaded documentation & track the progress of applicationsCollaborate with internal team members to gather information & provide timely responses according to internal policiesMaintain relationships with universities & higher education institutions for documentation monitoring & process alignmentContribute to the overall efficiency & quality of administrative operationsRequirementsPrevious experience in data entry or customer service / customer careStrong organizational skills & attention to detailExcellent communication abilities & a professional approachFluency in English ; for non-native candidates, strong proficiency in Italian is requiredFamiliarity with document management in administrative, HR, or educational contexts is a plusLocation : hybrid in Milan – 2/5 days on-siteFreelancers are highly welcomed tooCandidates of any gender identity , after reviewing the mandatory privacy notice available at are kindly requested to submit their CV in PDF format, quoting the reference number (Ref. --- ).
