Categoria: Financial Services Luogo di lavoro: Milano e provinciaNuova funzione strategica in azienda, con responsabilità di guidare la trasformazione digitale e l'adozione di soluzioni Data & AI in ambito legale, in stretta collaborazione con il Board.La persona avrà la possibilità di impostare processi, scegliere tecnologie e delineare la roadmap di innovazione, creando un framework che diventerà il riferimento per l'intera organizzazione.RESPONSABILITA'Definizione strategica:Disegnare e implementare la roadmap Data & AI allineata agli obiettivi aziendali e alle normative del settore legale.Identificare opportunità di innovazione tramite AI, Machine Learning e Advanced Analytics per ottimizzare processi legali e compliance.Governance e Leadership:Creare (oggi non presente) e guidare il team Data & AI, definendo ruoli, KPI e processi.Coordinare progetti strategici con il Board e le funzioni Legal, IT e Business.Architettura e Sviluppo:Supervisionare la progettazione di architetture dati sicure e scalabili.Garantire l'integrazione di soluzioni AI con i sistemi esistenti (ERP, CRM, LegalTech).Compliance e Risk Management:Assicurare la conformità alle normative GDPR e alle linee guida etiche sull'uso dell'AI.Implementare misure avanzate di sicurezza informatica per proteggere dati sensibili e prevenire cyber risk.Stakeholder Management:Collaborare con fornitori, consulenti e partner tecnologici.Guidare la scelta di collaborazioni strategiche con fornitori e partner, scouting di nuovi partner e valutazione di nuove soluzioni tecnologiche.Supportare il change management e la formazione interna.RequisitiMinimo 10 anni in ambito IT/Data, con almeno 5 anni in ruoli di leadership.Competenze: Data Architecture, Big Data, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Machine Learning, NLP, AI Governance.Linguaggi: Python, SQL, R (preferibile).Conoscenza strumenti BI (Power BI, Tableau) e piattaforme AI.Esperienza nel LegalTech o Financial Services (anche come advisor o in consulting).Conoscenza normativa privacy e sicurezza dati.Leadership e capacità di influenzare il Board.Visione strategica e orientamento all'innovazione.Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione.Problem solving complesso e gestione del cambiamento.Attitudine collaborativa e capacità di costruire team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
