Posting Date: 29 Oct ****City: GenovaLocation:Genova, IT, *****Contract Type: Fixed-TermDivision: Global ESG & ComplianceLevel of experience: JuniorRINA is currently recruiting for a Global Anti Bribery Specialist - Maternity Leave Cover to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global ESG & Compliance Division.MissionThe Global Anti Bribery Specialist will support the Global Sustainability and Compliance Executive Director in ensuring that RINA anti bribery management complies with the standard ISO This role includes developing and maintaining the anti bribery organisational model, promoting the continuous improvement of the managment system and its extention of scope, accordingly with materiality assessment, monitoring and coordinating all related activities, from auditing to reporting, the Global Anti Bribery Specialist will also contribute to the spread of the anti bribery and integrity culture throught the GroupKey AccountabilitiesAnti Bribery management system:Contribute to ensure compliance of RINA Anti Bribery management system with the ISO Standard *****.Develops and maintains the assessment of bribery related risksMonitor and suggest updates to organizational models to promote continuous improvement.Policy and Procedure Development:Support Develop and maintains RINA Anti Bribery Policy.Ensure procedures include adequate controls to mitigate bribery risks.Training and Awareness:assist in Producing training materials to educate staff on anti bribery management systemEducationBachelor's Degree in LawQualifications0-2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related fieldFamiliarity with Italian Legislative Decree ****** and ISO *****:**** is preferredExperience in developing or assisting in compliance systems is a plusBasic understanding of regulatory compliance and anti-bribery managementEffective communication and advisory skillsFluency in Italian and a proficient level of English are mandatoryCompetenciesADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into
