Position Description You will serve as a Supply Management Specialist in the Naval Supply Systems Command of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SIGONELLA, Italy.Position Duties/Responsibilities You will coordinate with major area commands in the development of new HM initiatives integrated with Regional planning to enhance program management.You will develop proposals for and manage implementations of automation for HM operations, new facility requirements or changes to existing structures to ensure environmental compliance.You will directly oversea and monitor all detailed day-to-day aspects of HMC operations located various austere locations.You will serve as HAZMAT Technical Advisor to other principal NAVSUP FLCSI component heads, representatives of other agencies, private industry, local government agencies, and operation with other support systems to ensure regulatory compliance.You will serve as the Deputy Regional HAZMAT Program Manager at meetings or workshops and completes routine office business operations during Program Manager's absence or when scheduling or leave conflicts with command or customer needs.You will coordinate material shelf-life program in accordance with the Shelf-Life Management Manual, DOD You will assist local NAVFAC Environmental staff with best available Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) or other environmental reporting information.You will prepare oral briefs, point papers, electronic presentations, and comprehensive reports related to HMC Site inspection results, CHRIMP, customer satisfaction surveys, and business case analysis for partnerships.Pay Plan GS Full Performance Level 12 Telework Eligible Yes
