Responsibilities - Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.- Lead and manage key product marketing launch projects at country level.- Responsible for marketing budget management, incl.budget tracking and review.Monitor the design, performance and maintain of social media presence.- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.- Prepare detailed promotional presentations.- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.- Work closely with marketing team from WEU regional level and ensure overall strategy alignment and implementation.- Other related responsibilities in Marketing team.Requirements- Previous working experience in Marketing, project management or Telecommunications industry is preferred.- Flexible and dynamic, can work adapt the fast-paced electronic consumer environment.Open minded and hands-on attitude.- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
