Techyon è l'Head Hunter leader nella ricerca e selezione di professionisti senior e manager nel segmento Information Technology.About the Company:per realtà intenazionale nel settore retail,i nostri Recruitment Engineer ricercano un OMS team lead.All'interno di un contesto di profondo rinnovamento digitale, la risorsa si occuperà di:- Guidare la progettazione e l'evoluzione delle applicazioni retail, con particolare attenzione al nuovo Order Management System (OMS).- Tradurre i requisiti di business in soluzioni tecniche efficaci, scalabili e conformi agli standard aziendali.- Supervisionare la delivery di fornitori esterni, assicurando qualità, performance e rispetto delle scadenze progettuali.Must Have:- Esperienza minima di 4 anni in ruoli di Application/Solution Engineer o Technical Lead.- Conoscenza approfondita di Order Management Systems (OMS)- Padronanza dell'intero ciclo di vita del software: analisi, design, sviluppo, test, rilascio e manutenzione.- Capacità di definire standard tecnici e linee guida, promuovendo best practice di sviluppo.- Esperienza nella gestione di fornitori e partner tecnologici, con attenzione alla qualità del codice e alle tempistiche di consegna.- Conoscenza dei principi di sicurezza, versionamento, CI/CD e documentazione tecnica.- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (livello B2 o superiore).Nice Have:- Esperienza con Fluent Commerce OMS- Esperienza in progetti retail o ecosistemi omnicanale.- Familiarità con architetture a microservizi e sistemi di integrazione enterprise.- Conoscenza di piattaforme cloud e strumenti di monitoraggio applicativo.Sede di lavoro: Verano Brianza (MB)Futher information: previsto smart working#J-*****-Ljbffr
