What impact will you make?Your opportunity The tax landscape is undergoing significant change; with changes to tax legislation, increased media focus and scrutiny, technology advancements, digitalisation of the tax administrations and the increasingly global reach of clients, all coming together to shape an exciting and challenging future in the market for tax services.Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting Team (TTC) has a market leading reputation; bringing together a unique blend of consulting, technology, tax technical and tax compliance experience to help businesses meet the challenges of multi-jurisdictional tax operations, including compliance, reporting, tax technology and tax risk management.Your role We are looking for innovative Tax and Technology professionals that are looking to broaden their careers by supporting our clients to transform their tax functions and respond to the digitalization of the Tax Administrations through leveraging data, process and technology.As you build your career with us to become an innovative Tax ERP and Tax Technology professional you will be helping our clients to design, develop and implement systems architecture that best meets their business needs, in the rapidly changing tax and legal landscape.Your role will entail gathering requirements (both tax/ legal and business), analysing supply-chains and business processes to assess the required functional specifications, evaluating the current systems landscape and proposed future state in order to identify gaps and improvement areas.You will be working alongside an experienced and growing team, in what is a once in lifetime opportunity to support our clients in ensuring that they have the right data, business processes and systems set-up for the future.Responsibilities: Understanding and identifying the key tax touchpoints across the end-to-end business processes for their clients' particular needs Understanding, capturing and analysing the client's tax and business requirements to build the optimal ERP Tax design and/ or supplement with the right mix of alternative tax technology solutions.Supporting the project delivery team in designing, building and integrating tax requirements and processes into ERP systems architecture (or wider tax technology solutions) to meet clients' requirements.Assessing and/or supporting the team in evaluating the business impact of technical choices made.Ensuring that the project team is capturing and logging risks/ issues on the project as and when they arise.Developing and maintaining good working relationships with key client and internal stakeholders and keep them informed of challenges/ risks/ issues with technical solutions being implemented.Responding to requests for proposals from prospective clients.Maintaining process documentation while continually improving internal and client processes.Ensuring compliance with risk management and engagement acceptance in accordance with the Deloitte risk management protocols Providing regular updates to the project team on how the project is running against projected scope, timeframes and budget etc.Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution Your professional experience Strong record of undertaking tax compliance and/ or tax advisory work OR experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics etc. 3-4 years of previous tax process, tax technology and/or data experience Previous project management and delivery experience.Strong organisational skills and analytical approach to problem-solving.Efficient communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in matrix teams and managing/delegating work where needed.Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word with a strong desire and ability to learn new skills and systems quickly.Experience working with a variety of people within a dynamic, fast changing environment as part of a multi-functional team/project.Good team player with ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy in work and attention to details Location: Your home office will be Bologna, Padova or Florence.Work pattern: Full-time position.Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi ****** e ******, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi ****** e ******.I candidati con l'invio del loro curriculum autorizzano lo Studio Tributario e Societario al trattamento dei dati ai sensi del D.lgs.******.
