We leverage business intelligence methodologies to continuously improve customer satisfaction by enhancing our processes and identifying new opportunities and service areas.Work Environment & Benefits- Modern working environment with flexible hours and home-office options.- 100 % support of your initiative and enthusiasm.- Team of like-minded people passionate about what they do and creating opportunities to make a difference.- Plenty of challenges to solve and to demonstrate your expertise.- Opportunity to take over a high-level area of responsibility and help build up processes, structures and procedures from the beginning.- Career ladder guaranteed – today's employees are tomorrow's managers.- Dynamic company with short decision-making paths.- Corporate outings and team-building activities.- Competitive salary (€******–€******, depending on experience).Responsibilities- Daily operations management: ensure that daily departures align with network planning definitions and promptly address any discrepancies.- Authorization management: manage authorization processes and maintain follow-up procedures to ensure smooth operations.- Stakeholder relationships: establish and maintain effective relationships with authorities, operational partners, and suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve issues.- Partner support: act as the main point of contact for bus and door-to-gate partners.- Quality control: work closely with Customer Service to monitor the quality of service provided by partners and identify areas for improvement.- Performance analysis: analyze on-time performance and partner efficiency, proposing action plans and defining KPIs to drive continuous improvement.- Service continuity: implement measures to prevent service disruptions, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.- Onboarding coordination: organise and lead the onboarding process for new operational partners, ensuring seamless integration into the network.Qualifications- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation sector.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement action plans.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Proficiency in using technologies and software relevant to operations management.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.Required Languages- Italian: Read C2, Write C2, Speak C2.- English: Read C1, Write C1, Speak C1.Flibco.com is an equal opportunity employer.
