About UsSiamo un gruppo aziendale internazionale dedicato alle energie rinnovabili e specializzato in energia solare fotovoltaica.Supportiamo i nostri clienti in tutte le fasi del processo, dall'identificazione delle opportunità e lo sviluppo dei progetti alla costruzione e manutenzione, evitando rischi e fornendo un servizio impegnato, agile e vicino.What functions will you perform?ID Energy Group is the most committed partner specialized in solar photovoltaic energy on the market.Our multidisciplinary teams support our clients on their path to energy transition in a decisive, flexible and approachable manner.Our more than 17 years of experience specializing in solar photovoltaic energy have given us the ability to visualize possibilities and solve any challenges that come up along the way.We are looking for new colleague in the role of Senior Project Developer to reinforce our Italian TeamAre you ready for your next career step?If yes, please apply and send your CV in EnglishThe Project Developer will be responsible, reporting to the Head of Development, working on greenfield projects and co-developments ensuring the achievement of the ready-to-build stage as well as working on the construction permitting liaising with the implementation team.Key responsibilitiesAnalyses solar projects (including Due Diligence and commercial negotiations), secures internal approvalsCoordinates and manages development & permitting process of projects to ensure a timely "RTB" (ready to build) statusManages relationship (including contractual obligations) with co-development partnersPrepares projects for submissions to tenders and authorizationsManages relationship with external and relevant stakeholders (e.g. municipalities, public authorities, DSO, TSO, regional bodies, landowners and service providers)Coordinates internal teams, e.g. legal, engineering, construction, finance and controllingDevelopment of an in-depth knowledge of the local market legislation, regulations, subsidiary schemes etc.Control on costs and cashflow within the development budgetYour profileAt least 4-5 years of experience in development of renewable energy projects in Italy.Experience in tendering, Fer-X is a plus.Deep knowledge of site-securing, interconnection and permitting processes of renewable projects in Italy.Extensive knowledge and experience on environmental issues.Knowledge of Autocad is a plusGood interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work well in a teamUniversity degreeNative Italian is a must and fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)Why us?International team - collaborate with teams across ID Energy Group (Italy, Hungary and Spain)Professional development possibilitiesHybrid working structureSpace for creativity and innovationVuoi saperne di più?Visita il nostro sito web /#J-*****-Ljbffr
