OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Residence Manager for our Hotel Service Apartment in Ethiopia.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Front Office operations, Room Sales, Upselling techniques, housekeeping management, and Food & Beverage (F&B) services.This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can ensure high standards of service, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the hotel service apartment, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.Manage Front Office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest relations.Develop and implement strategies for Room Sales, including upselling techniques to maximize revenue.Supervise Housekeeping operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.Oversee Food & Beverage services, ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficient service delivery.Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective measures to enhance guest satisfaction.Train, mentor, and supervise staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement property-specific strategies.Maintain compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel service apartment setting.Strong knowledge of Front Office, Room Sales, Upselling, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Fluency in English is required.Knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.Salary and BenefitsAttractive Net Saving Salary Package (Tax Free) and CommissionYearly 2 Time ticketsPaid VacationAccommodation and Food CoverageSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales, Strategy/Planning, and ManagementIndustries: Hotels and Motels, Bed-and-Breakfasts, Hostels, Homestays, and Hospitality#J-*****-Ljbffr
