Per il nostro cliente, azienda internazionale leader nel settore dell'arredamento di lusso, stiamo cercando un Territory Sales Manager per Centro Italia, che riporti al Direttore Vendite.Gli obiettivi principali sono l'identificazione e la successiva gestione di progetti nell'area assegnata.RESPONSABILITÀ? Promozione e vendita del marchio nel canale retail.? Gestione delle vendite e dei progetti.? Formazione e informazione del portafoglio clienti assegnato, composto da prescrittori.? Aggiornamento e gestione degli strumenti promozionali e di vendita nel portafoglio assegnato.? Identificazione e gestione delle opportunità commerciali (progetti).? Coordinamento con i dipartimenti aziendali della sede centrale.FORMAZIONE ED ESPERIENZA? Profilo senior, almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore.? Settori e prodotti: marchi di arredamento di alta gamma.? Prescrizione, vendita tecnica.? Abituato a lavorare in team commerciali? Orientato all'attività commerciale intensiva (elevato numero di visite)? Abituato alla reportistica CRM....COMPETENZE E PROFILO PERSONALE? Venditore con profilo tecnico, con grande capacità di relazionarsi con interlocutori qualificati.? Capacità di gestire gli strumenti assegnati? Capacità di individuare e gestire le opportunità di business? Persona aperta, comunicativa, attiva e partecipativa.? Capacità di relazionarsi personalmente con interlocutori diversi.? Capacità di adattamento sociale? Persona organizzata e disciplinataCOMPETENZE LINGUISTICHE? Italiano nativo? L'inglese è un plus
