Proposal ManagerAdecco Lifescience is looking for a Proposal Manager who will report to the CEO and be responsible for the end-to-end management of the commercial proposal development process, ensuring technically accurate, competitive offers aligned with business objectives.The role includes constant interfacing with multidisciplinary internal teams (scientists, technicians) and external clients, ensuring each proposal or subsequent contractual modification responds promptly to client requests and market needs.ResponsibilitiesManage the entire proposal development process.Ensure technical accuracy, competitiveness, and business alignment of offers.Interface with internal multidisciplinary teams and external clients.Respond in a timely manner to client requests and market requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical or managerial).3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured or international settings.Additional InformationThe position is located in Milano (MI).Candidates from abroad are not considered for this role.Il personale sarà composto da un numero di persone non inferiore a tre e non superiore a ben tre per la gestione operativa.La ricerca si intende rivolta ai candidati di ambo i sessi ai sensi delle leggi ****** e ******.#J-*****-Ljbffr
