The Team You Will JoinThe Airbnb Hotels team which includes HotelTonight is a fun fast-growing group leading Airbnb's expansion into the hotel sector.Operating with an entrepreneurial spirit this team combines the simplicity product excellence and guest-centered ethos that define Airbnb.This team's mission is to deliver the smoothest most intuitive hotel booking experience for guests while helping hotels easily drive incremental bookings so they can focus on delivering the best hospitality.The ultimate aim is to help more people discover high-quality hotels creating value for guests and our hotel partners.This is a hybrid role which requires candidates to be based in Milan.This role is not eligible for relocation support.Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.Please submit your CV in English.The Difference You Will MakeAs an Account Executive you will be responsible for identifying and turning cold leads into warm sales opportunities; while at times working the full sales funnel facilitating the supply acquisition of high quality inventory.Focusing on these responsibilities you will build the Hotel category's market presence and collaborate with other teams.This includes partnering strategizing and running daily operations directly with hotels and chains and ensuring that HotelTonight and Airbnb always have the best inventory and deals from hotels available for our guests.A Typical DayMeet and exceed KPIs by owning the performance and success of assigned regionProspect new potential hotels through external research networking and use of Airbnb tools.Expertly position and communicate HotelTonight & Airbnb's value proposition to new partners via phone email and in-personAdd net new hosts by qualifying and moving leads through the funnel as quickly as possible achieving defined quarterly goalsFind supply in and launch new markets: Own market launches including supporting lead generation and coordinating cross functionallySupport hotel onboarding as needed from won sales opportunitiesImplement scalable strategies that drive maximum business impact across a wide range of hotel partnersEffectively promote and build strong relationships with hotel and serviced apartment partners by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our platforms and confidently pitching their valueYour Expertise6 years of professional experience preferably in a fast growing startup tech company working in sales and/or account managementPrevious hospitality experience is a plusFluent in both Italian and English.The ability to get things done with constantly changing priorities projects and deadlinesExcellent communication organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented but moves fastAbility to establish strong relationships with and influence partnersCapacity to balance day-to-day responsibilities with longer-term strategic executionYou're a quick learner and you're fearless about doing whatever it takes to get the job done even if it means making mistakes along the wayRequired Experience:Senior ICKey Skills:Sales Experience,Direct Sales,B2B Sales,Public Relations,SAAS,Account Management,Product Demos,Salesforce,Outside Sales,CRM Software,Enterprise Sales,negotiationEmployment Type:ContractExperience:yearsVacancy:1#J-*****-Ljbffr
