Sales Account Executive (Spain and Italy) Job description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to drive growth and manage strategic client relationships within the Spanish or Italian life sciences market.This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing company working with pharmaceutical teams across Europe delivering omnichannel engagement solutions, content data services, and a newly launched subscription-based AI insights platform.The role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong pharmaceutical sciences background who thrives in consultative relationship-led sales.Key responsibilitiesStrategic Sales Execution - Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow the assigned market; identify, prioritise and develop opportunities with pharmaceutical, consumer health and medical device companies; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing; collaborate closely with internal teams and selected partners to deliver integrated solutions.Revenue Growth - Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets for new business and account expansion; grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and platform offerings; build a strong sustainable pipeline aligned with the company's growth objectives.Client Engagement - Act as a trusted commercial partner to pharmaceutical stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and challenges; lead high-quality client meetings, presentations and negotiations; represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences and client engagements; build long-term relationships that support repeat business and account growth.Operational Excellence - Use CRM and data-driven tools to manage pipeline forecasting and client interactions; maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and opportunities; provide regular reporting and market feedback; actively contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and best practices.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the life sciences sector.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical environments and commercial dynamics.Language Skills: Native Spanish (from Spain) or Italian (depending on market).English Proficiency: Working proficiency in English.Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a competitive consultative sales environment.Key CompetenciesStrong consultative selling skills and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.Commercial mindset with a clear focus on results and revenue ownership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to operate autonomously while benefitting from close coaching and feedback.Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.Curious, adaptable and eager to learn new products and solutions.Why join usFast-growing company working with leading pharmaceutical organisations across Europe.Coached directly by senior leadership during a key growth phase.Work with a broad and evolving portfolio including a new AI-driven insights platform.Represent the company in a high-potential market with significant growth opportunities.Competitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentives.We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about life sciences, enjoy consultative sales and want to play a meaningful role in scaling a high-growth company.Key SkillsBusiness Development, Customer Service, Revenue Growth, Product Knowledge, Healthcare, Account Management, CRM, Salesforce, Customer Relationships, New Customers, Business Relationships, Sales Goals, Sales Process, Powerpoint, New Clients.Employment Type: Full TimeVacancy: 1#J-*****-Ljbffr
