Rex Nordic Group is a Finnish, internationally operating company specialised in portable industrial heating and cooling solutions.With operations in nine European countries and Canada, has a turnover exceeding €20 million.The company is expanding its reach further across Europe.With rapid growth and a team of approximately 60 professionals, Rex Nordic combines entrepreneurial drive, a flat organisational structure, and a strong team spirit.The company culture emphasises results, independence, and a shared desire to succeed, with a good sense of humour.PurposeAs aField Sales Representative , you will be working in the field, driving from one customer to another and showcasing the products to build and grow the local market for Rex Nordic's heater product line.This is a hands-on, door-to-door sales role focused on creating a strong network of wholesalers and resellers.You'll be on the road most of the week, visiting, showcasing and demonstrating products directly to potential wholesalers and resellers , and nurturing relationships to increase sales and strengthen brand visibility.The goal is to visit 10 potential customers per day, four days a week.One day a week is reserved for administrative tasks, which you'll handle from your home office.We are looking for a Field Sales Representative, responsible for the Southern Italy market.ResponsibilitiesManage, develop and expand a local dealer network for Rex Nordic's products.Acquire new wholesaler and reseller customers and actively maintain relationships with current ones.Organise and conduct product demonstrations using company-provided tools.Take ownership of your market area and sales pipeline.Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets (dealer acquisition, meetings, and sales volume).Work independently in a field-based role supported by the international HQ teamBackground & RequirementsExperience in B2B sales, ideally with technical or industrial products.Hunger for sales, especially in acquiring new resellers and wholesaler partners.Proven track record in dealer or reseller network development.Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.Self-driven, structured, and motivated by achieving goals.Excellent communication skills in the local language and basic English for internal useValid driving license; willing to travel within the dedicated region.SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational ability and time management.Comfortable with hands-on sales and product demos.Hunter mentality: energetic, ambitious, and persistent.Values autonomy, flexibility, and results.Please submit your CV in English.
