IlDouble Tree by Hilton Roma Monti, sito nel quartiere Monti e facente parte del gruppo HNH Hospitality, sta ricercando un*Sous Chef, in grado di inserirsi all'interno della brigata di cucina, che lavora per più outlet.La figura riporta direttamente allo Chef e ne fa le veci in sua assenza.Di cosa ti occuperai:Supervisionerai e affiancherai i capi partita ed i commis nella preparazione dei piattiAssicurerai che il team lavori in maniera fluida e secondo gli standard previstiCollaborerai con lo chef nella gestione e organizzazione del team, oltre alla definizione del menu, e nel riassortimento dei prodotti e attrezzatureAssisterai lo Chef nella gestione della squadra, dall'inserimento dei nuovi colleghi, alla formazione, alla motivazione e crescitaSei la persona che stiamo cercando se:Hai esperienza nel ruolo di almeno due anni e/o esperienza pluriennale come capopartita in diverse partite, in hotel della stessa categoria, che prevedono sia servizio à La carte sia banquetingPossiedi un ottimo spirito di osservazione e particolari doti organizzative, che saranno necessarie per gestire la squadra durante il servizio e pianificarne il lavoroSei cosciente che le relazioni con il team, i colleghi degli altri reparti e i fornitori sono fondamentali per esercitare il ruolo, per questo vogliamo incontrare persone con buone doti comunicativePer noi è importante che leadership sia esercitata con l'esempio.Cosa offriamo:Contratto a tempo determinato a scopo stabilizzazione con retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza dimostrataPremio variabile legato all'eventuale raggiungimento degli obiettivi dell'hotelStaff rate e family&friends per soggiornare nei nostri hotel a tariffe agevolatePer il tuo compleanno: permesso di un giorno retribuito dall'azienda e una cena offerta in una delle nostre strutture a tua sceltaMaggiorazioni aggiuntive per le ore lavorate di sabato e domenicaIndennità per le settimane lavorate su 6 giorni
