Account Executive - EMEAJoin to apply for the Account Executive - EMEA role at Humand .At Humand, we help companies digitize their internal communication, culture, and HR processes, all in one place.Do you want to lead the digital revolution in the HR field and transform the way companies manage their teams across EMEA?Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full sales cycle : from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and closeIdentify and evaluate strategic market opportunities and key accounts , especially mid-market and enterprise companies across EMEAConduct discovery meetings with HR and operations leaders to understand their pain points, provide demos, tailor solutions, and build compelling business casesDrive outbound prospecting initiatives and respond to inbound leads, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other sales techWork with regional and global teams on targeted campaigns to drive demand and event-based outreachCollaborate with BDRs to drive qualified pipeline and ensure smooth handoffs between prospecting and closing stagesCollaborate with Customer Success and Product to close opportunities and ensure smooth handover and implementation post-saleMaintain a clean and up-to-date CRM, forecasting accurately and reporting regularly on pipeline health and sales activityStay ahead of regional market trends, competitor activity, and other local nuances , and feed insights back into the businessRepresent Humand at relevant industry events, webinars, and client sessions to build relationships, elevate our brand and build pipelineQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or equivalent experience4+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in HRTech, Internal Communications, or SaaSDemonstrated success managing complex sales with HR, People Ops, HRIS or Internal Comms stakeholdersStrong familiarity with the EMEA market—you understand its business landscape, decision-making dynamics, and cultural contextMandatory English and Spanish ; Italian, French, or Portuguese are a plusComfortable using CRM, sales enablement, and prospecting toolsStrong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a consultative selling approachHighly proactive, autonomous, and passionate about helping companies create better workplace experiencesJob DetailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: OtherJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Software DevelopmentMissionOur mission is to empower people at work making them happier and more successful.PurposeBring happiness to the world of work.You can read more about us at:
