Bij Marente doen we er alles aan om onze cliënten de zorg te bieden die bij hen past.Het welbevinden van de cliënt staat centraal en samen zoek je naar mogelijkheden om aan de wensen te kunnen voldoen.De kernwaarden waar we in geloven zijn: optimistisch en samen.Alle medewerkers van Marente hebben oprechte aandacht en een klantgerichte houding tegenover cliënten en elkaar.Zo help je mee om onze zorg op het hoogste niveau te houden en hoogstpersoonlijke zorg te leveren.De één heeft nu eenmaal meer aandacht en zorg nodig dan de ander.En daar lever jij je bijdrage aan als onze nieuwe verpleegkundige in het specialistisch team.Het specialistenteam is een bovenregionaal team en zij helpen cliënten die complexe verpleegkundige zorg nodig hebben.Bijvoorbeeld cliënten die behandeld worden met (technische) medische apparatuur, oncologische behandelingen, pijnbestrijding via infuuspompen, intraveneuze toediening van medicatie en voeding.Daarnaast besteden zij veel aandacht aan palliatieve zorg, vooral het opstarten van pijnbestrijding thuis en palliatieve sedatie.Er is sprake van een nauwe samenwerking met huisartsen en ziekenhuizen en met de wijkverpleegkundigen van de wijkteams van Marente.Ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht In onze thuiszorg vinden wij het belangrijk om onze cliënten zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig te laten wonen.Zelf krijg jij bij ons de ruimte om persoonlijke aandacht te geven.Dat kan gewoon een praatje zijn.Of je vraagt eens door als je een probleem vermoedt.Daarmee kunnen wij optimale zorg bieden.En daar zijn wij zeer gedreven in.Met alle steun van je collega's.Want ook al werk je zelfstandig, je staat er nooit alleen voor.Als verpleegkundige voor ons specialistisch team heb je afgeronde opleiding MBO 4 of HBO Verpleegkunde aangevuld met een afgeronde specialistische opleiding oncologie (czo diploma) of de bereidheid om dit diploma te behalen heb je ruime relevante werkervaring (palliatieve zorg, pre oncologische zorg) kan je snel schakelen en heb je klinische blik is het belangrijk dat je een teamspeler bent als onderscheidend kenmerk durf je zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen heb je goede communicatieve eigenschappen heb je een flexibele en creatieve instelling werk je onregelmatige diensten (m.u.v. nachtdiensten) heb je een rijbewijs En natuurlijk zorgen wij dat alle andere zaken ook goed geregeld zijn.Zo zorgen wij voor: een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen
