We are looking for an experienced Group Controller to strengthen our Group Finance team.The role is focused on group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis in an international, multi-entity environment.It requires direct responsibility for group reporting and consolidation activities and the ability to work independently.This role requires autonomy, initiative, and ownership, without the need for constant supervision.Monthly group closing and consolidationFinancial data collection, validation, and analysisGroup management reporting and variance analysisBudgeting and forecasting supportAccuracy, consistency, and timeliness of group reportingPoint of contact for local finance teamsCompliance with group controlling standardsFollow-up on reporting timelines and deliverablesResolution of reporting issues with senior stakeholdersRequirementsMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent6–8 years of experience in controlling or financial activities within companiesExcellent knowledge of Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plusFluent English – mandatory (working language)Additional languages are a plusWhat We OfferFast-growing group in an international environmentA strong and supportive team, with mutual help and collaborationRock your future with SDGInternal academies and qualified centers of excellence, with the possibility of obtaining certifications for the most used tools in the field of Big Data & AnalyticsNever stop learning: continuous training throughout the career, with coaching and mentoring activitiesBiannual evaluations of potential and performance#J-*****-Ljbffr
