3 giorni faInPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market.In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader.InPost covers the Italian market with a network of **** PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and **** fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience.The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer's Polish home market.Our constantly expanding location/host partners include major supermarkets, petrol stations, railway stations, subways and shopping centres.We're passionate about our mission and products and our People are the reason we succeed.We're looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the normOverviewThis is an amazing opportunity for a highly talented and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our marvellous Commercial Team.You'll rock acquiring e-tailer customers and building partnerships, to drive our business growth.Activities and responsibilitiesDevelop InPost Italy's business, through the acquisition of new partnerships and E-Tailers customersWork closely with the international Sales team on cross-market opportunitiesCreate new connections with the decision makers of the target companiesGenerate leads, manage prospect customers and build pipelinesDevelop market analysis (also looking for our competitors) in order to acquire the best customersManage all sales' steps, including the contractual agreementGain sales' goals and manage the main company's KPIsUse CRM as the key tool both for customers' analysis and weekly tasks' updatesCreate and maintain sales' reportsSkills and requirementsYou have a Bachelor degree+2 years of sales experienceYou are fluent in English (C1 or higher level)You have a strong sales approachYou have solid relationships with italian E-Commerce retailersYou are an excellent problem solver and you have an eye for detailsWhy Join InPostMultinational companyFlexible, creative, vibrant working environmentContribute to the creation of responsible and eco-sustainable logisticsBecome part of a team of passionate, prepared and motivated people#J-*****-Ljbffr
