Grafton is partnering with a fast-growing company in the Consumer Goods sector to recruit a Sales Manager for Italy and Europe.The company is both manufacturer and licensee of its product range, distributed across four main channels: Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, and E-commerce (including Amazon).Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of internal sales professionals focused on Italy and EU markets, as well as a network of field agents.Key Responsibilities Drive and coordinate internal and external sales teams to achieve revenue targets.Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize performance and identify new business opportunities.Develop commercial strategies for Distributors, Vending, Wholesalers, Retailers, E-commerce, and Traditional Trade.Support market expansion with different strategiest and new channels.Collaborate with the CEO to define growth plans and internationalization strategies.Requirements Proven experience in Sales Management within B2B environments.Fluent in Italiano and in English.Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Leadership and ability to motivate internal and external teams.Availability to work on-site in Pomezia (no remote work).Limited travel required.What We Offer CCNL Commercio, Quadro Level.Competitive salary package based on experience.Company car.Performance-based bonus plan.Continuous training and development.Dynamic and growing work environment.Grafton è il brand globale che si occupa di Professional Recruitment di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.L'offerta si intende rivolta a candidati ambosessi, nel rispetto del D.Lgs.n.******** e ss.mm.ii.e dei Decreti Legislativi n.215 e n.216 del **** sulle parità di trattamento.I candidati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy ai sensi degli artt.13 e 14 del Reg.EU ******** al seguente indirizzo(Aut.
