As one of the world's largest integrated pulp and paper companies, with over 100,000 employees worldwide, APP delivers quality products to more than 150 countries through world-class manufacturing and a robust international sales network.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenSales Managerto lead ourFolding Carton (Folding Box Board / FBB)andFood Packaging Boardcommercial activities acrossItaly.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial leader with strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and a solid network within theprinting, converting, and packaging merchant sectors.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the sales strategy forFolding Box Board (FBB)and food packaging grades within ItalyDrive revenue growth across key accounts and strategic customersBuild and maintain strong relationships withprinters, carton converters, and merchants/distributorsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in adjacent segments (e.G., FMCG, food service packaging)Lead pricing, volume, and service-level negotiationsMonitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developmentsCollaborate with regional and global APP teams to ensure best-in-class customer supportProvide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadership? Requirements:Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience inpaperboard, folding carton, packaging board, or related packaging materialsEstablished network of customers inItaly, especially withinconverting, printing, and food packagingStrong understanding ofEU food-contact packaging regulationsProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and account management skillsSelf-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel regularly across ItalyFluency inItalianandEnglishBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, Engineering, or a related field preferred??Why Join APP?Join a global leader committed to innovation, performance, and sustainability.
