As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, distributors, and field sales team.You will support order processing, respond to product and delivery inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between departments to meet customer needs efficiently.CV IN ENGLISH ONLY.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.Assist in processing sales orders, delivery tracking, and invoicing in coordination with logistics and sales teams.Maintain accurate customer records and update in the system.Support the sales team with product availability updates and basic technical information.Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team while ensuring timely follow-up.Monitor open orders and ensure timely and complete deliveries.Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for dispatch status and issue resolution.Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience).1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience.Knowledge or interest in agriculture or agrochemicals is a plus.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)Fluency in Italian and excellent communication skills in English are essential.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a customer-first mindset.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.On-the-job training and opportunities for professional development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunity to grow within the company as part of a critical business function.Please send your CV ONLY in English to below contacts.#J-*****-Ljbffr
